The client can have Time Dependent Routing. For example, after 6.30pm, the live operator will take messages. “Welcome to MY COMPANY, can I please take your message”. The greeting message can be anything the client requires.
The message is then emailed and/or sent via sms.
The live Operator service can be used to take credit card payments for clients.
